This is a great romance with mystery and danger, bad guys and good guys, all in a PG rating. Unfortunately I enjoy a bit more than kissing and fade to black sort of scenes when it comes to, well, everything. Even the dragon battles and the bad guy battles were not finished and suddenly we as readers just got to know there was some blood on the combatants and that was even forgotten about pretty quickly. The Hero had eyes to die for and I am guessing his body was too; would have loved to see that in action. And he was obsessed with the Heroine's calves; bet he would obsess on the honeymoon about more than that part of her, too. But this wasn't that kind of romance book. Good news is that Cain does have a growing relationship with Ashton and its very move to read about.

I love the stories that Amelia writes and l loved this story. Lora is a librarian who's life is her language books and studying, when one day she wakes on planet Avvrox with Asch hovering over her and remembers her dreaming of him. This is a stand alone romantic story from the world that was built from "The Prisoner of Avorox". Lora and Asch make likeable characters as they struggle in the beginning to reach thier HEA. So if you like 👽 romances and Ms. Wilson's books, I recommend this to read.

This was a really enjoyable read that grabs you from the get go. Izzy is a bit of a conspiracy theorist and has heard rumors of the mating program and secretly wishes for her chance to be taken. Killuk has been forced to train as a warrior when all he wants to to explore the seas and joins the mating program with the hope that he can find someone to travel with him. The plot is intriguing and the mystery deepens when despite the dream connection Izzy and Killuk make they are matched with other people. But this doesn't stop them as they find themselves drawn to each other and are determined to prove that a mistake was made. Both will have to face some challenges before they can reach their HEA.
